SSL protection
All transactions are protected by the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with an encryption key, which is the safest commercial solution currently on the market. Therefore in the case of transactions by credit card, the details of your bank or your credit card details are safe and are not used by third parties.

LamaDiLuce guarantees that any information provided for promotional purposes will be treated in accordance with D. LGS. 196/2003. LamaDiLuce also announces that pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 user data provided at the moment of purchase order and / or the compilation of the invoice are excluded from the consent as collected under fiscal and tax obligations required by the Italian law and the European regulations and, in any case, these data are kept with the sole purpose of meeting the obligations under the purchase contract and / or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual information always and exclusively activated on request of the customer (Art. 24, Lett. A and B, D. LGS. 196/2003).

Request for personal data cancellation
Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of registering the customer and provide him with the procedures for the execution of this contract and the necessary communications; these data are electronically processed in compliance with laws and can be produced only at the request of the judicial authority or other authority which has been authorized by law. The party enjoys the rights under Art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, namely:
– the right to seek confirmation of the existence at the headquarters of Abridge srl of their personal data;
– the right to know their origin, logic and purpose of their treatment;
– the right to obtain updating, rectification, and integration;
– the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block in the event of unlawful processing;
– the right to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons or if the data is used for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct marketing and interactive marketing communications.
The cancellation of personal data is subject to a procedure requiring a written request sent by post to the company headquarters. Holder to the collection of personal data is Abridge Srl via Tiziano 5, 20145 Milano (MI) Italy.

Products Availability
In order to check the availability of a product before placing an order, please check the availability on our webshop. To ensure maximum availability of the products, LamaDiLuce has an internal logistics with numerous products always available thanks to subsidized production agreements with our key suppliers in order to shorten the waiting time for the products not available in the catalog.
This way LamaDiLuce is able to quickly process your order. Normally orders with available products are processed the business day following the order. If the product has an arrival date indicated in the catalog the order will be processed as soon as the product arrives in stock. However if necessary you can contact by email our staff to get more information.
In case of orders containing special processes or articles in limited numbers, LamaDiLuce will provide the necessary information to enable you to fulfill your request.
Some products in limited series or with complex operations, can be purchased even if the product is not in stock. It will be care of our staff to inform you about the processing and shipping times of the required product.

The placing of the order is a request to purchase a LamaDiLuce; an offer on products in the shopping cart to the conditions set at the time of confirmation. After receiving the order our staff send a confirmation email for of the order receipt.
From your profile, you can save or print the information regarding your order and view the history of your orders and status processing them of the orders.

Once received the order and verified that all items are available, handling process is started on the next business day, in case of PayPal payment.

After the submission of your order you will receive an update with the order details including shipping expenses. All shipping charges indicated on our website are already inclusive of Italian taxes but do not include customs duties in case of non-EU shipping. LamaDiLuce usually relies on UPS service for shipments. If necessary, you will be contacted by our staff and will receive a further email with the updated expenses and the total summary of your order. More information about shipping costs are displayed in at the confirmation stage of your order and in the summary in your profile. The system will calculate your exact shipping charges based on purchased items and shipping address by interfacing directly with UPS, allowing you to choose the type of service best suiting your needs. After order confirmation, you will receive by LamaDiLuce an email notification with a tracking number allowing you to directly track your shipment. Delivery of packages by our entrusted couriers is normally performed within 24-48 hours, depending on the delivery area. Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Our shipments are tracked to ensure maximum safety and punctuality.
The shipping costs include the management and handling charges. We advise you to group your items in one order. Our products are warranted according to European standards.

Customer’s right of withdrawal
The consumer has in any case the right to terminate the sales contract, without penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the product.
Exercising the right of withdrawal implies the notification to LamaDiLuce presenting the receipt and / or the original purchase invoice, before proceeding with the return.
LamaDiLuce will proceed to make the necessary checks and it will ask the customer the necessary information for the protection of both parties, with details of the products the customer intends to return.
The return of the product must take place at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the withdrawal request and must be made by delivery to the LamaDiLuce address.
The consumer will then use a packaging and shipping method suiting the type of product in order to return it to LamaDiLuce intact in all of its parts.
However, to be entitled to a refund of the paid price, the product must be returned in normal condition, in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything in the origin content.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, Abridge Srl will credit or make the refund within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the products subject to withdrawal or until the consumer has provided evidence of having sent back the same in a reasonable time.
Abridge Srl will reimburse only the products returned intact in their original packaging and in normal condition. Abridge Srl will not be required to repay the additional costs such as, but not limited to, the costs of preparation or – if the consumer expressly opted for a type of delivery different and more onerous than the Abridge Srl standards – the costs of such extra services.

Right of withdrawal for Legal Entities
As established by law, the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively to consumers (individuals who purchase goods for purposes not related to his profession, trade or business), so it can not be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity.

Legal Guarantee for Consumers
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) all the products for sale on the website are covered by the 24 months Legal Warranty.
The lack of conformity exists when (i) the product is not fit for use, which should normally be used (ii) it does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller (iii) it does not offer the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type (iv) it is not suitable for the particular use wanted by the customer if made known to the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the latter.
The defect of the products of conformity becoming apparent within twenty four (24) months from the date of the Sale Agreement must be reported by the Consumer within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect in the product.
In any case, unless proved otherwise, any lack of conformity of products occurring within 6 months from the delivery of products is assumed to be already existing on that date, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the products or the nature the flaw.
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer can ask LamadiLuce, alternatively and without charge, under the conditions specified below: (i) the repair or replacement of the purchased product or (ii) a reduction of the purchase price or (iii) the termination of the sales contract. The solution requested by the consumer will be processed by LamaDiLuce, including sending the product to the technical service centers authorized by the manufacturer, unless the request is not objectively impossible to satisfy or it is prohibitively expensive for LamaDiLuce pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code.

Legal Guarantee for Legal Entities
It is noted that, with regard to the product defects warranty, all the rights provided for in Articles 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code, providing the legal warranty of twelve (12) months, are recognized to Legal Entities.
In particular, the Legal Entities can enforce the warranty, as long as the product defect is reported within eight (8) days of discovery and before the expiration of the year of delivery of the same product.
To exercise the legal warranty and the legal entity will have the opportunity to send an email to
